Kelly McGinley
Kelly started Function & Flow to help teams and organizations, just like yours, work better, smarter, and more effectively…together.
Over two decades of experience as an educator and project manager have taught her that industries and missions are as different as the day is long. But, the foundational principles of getting things done are always the same. Get to the core, collaborate effectively, choose a path, and commit.
Her superpower is building the foundation for conversations to flow so that organizations can come together, move their work forward, and stay focused on their mission. Her organizational and collaboration style help you simplify the process and even have a little fun along the way.
When she’s not nerding out on this incredible work, she’s spending time in the woods with her husband and dogs (who might think she invented peanut butter).
John McGinley
John is a programmer and IT consultant with 15 years experience developing technology solutions for clients. He has collaborated directly with business partners and their development teams to combine tailored software solutions with a seamless user experience.
John has collaborated with industry leaders in restaurant software including Menudrive, Speedline and Digital Digital Dining, as well as the healthcare provider education space, managing the design and implementation of custom software integrations and feature developments.
His specialty is bridging the gap between technical concepts and client goals to help organizations navigate their web development projects with confidence and ease.
When John isn’t coding for clients, he can be found playing guitar or playing with his dogs.

As one of the partners participating in the strategy planning for the Kittatinny Ridge Conservation Landscape, Function & Flow provided the leadership for all of us to gather our thoughts and come up with a cohesive product that can guide us in what actions we need going forward.
