Our cancellation and refund policy varies by product. Typically, appointment cancellations require 24-hour notice. Course and bundle purchases have a 7-14 day refund period. If the refund window has passed since your date of purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost to the client, provided the request is given at least 48 hours in advance of the schedule appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled, no refund will be given. If the appointment is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within three business days.
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of scheduled work.
Product Refunds
Courses and bundles are refundable within 7-14 days of the purchase date. Per our course and bundle descriptions, customer will provide proof of good faith effort in order to receive a refund. Once your request has been received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.
