Facilitation for Meetings & Workshops

Finding the right facilitator for your meeting, retreat, or gathering can be a tall order. Get it right and your group walks away feeling heard, connected, motivated and inspired. Get it wrong, and they just walk away, wondering how that was a good use of their time.

We’ll work together to clarify your goals, establish a measurable set of objectives, and outline a design that supports both. Each meeting and workshop that we facilitate is unique. We think the process of developing them should be too so no cookie cutter approaches here.

Instead, we weave together your needs with our expertise to craft a meaningful and productive experience for you and your team.

Our Facilitation Philosophy

Facilitation Design | Function & Flow

Good workshop design and construction is rooted in collaboration. We’ll work alongside you to clarify your goals and objectives so we can build an experience that’s both meaningful and productive for you and your team.

Facilitation Delivery | Function & Flow

Meetings and workshops are only as good as their level of active and engaged participation. We take care to cultivate a warm and inclusive experience that’s flexible and adaptive to the needs of the day. We’ll capture the notes, ideas, and feedback of the day to set up a successful third stage of the process.

Follow up and next steps are critical to building trust. We think of them as the value we offer participants in exchange for the time and talent they brought to the meeting. We’ll organize recommendations and insights from the meeting or workshop into a digestible format that supports moving your work forward and effectively using the information gathered.

“Kelly has a great talent for organizing vague ideas into an actionable plan. She sees the bigger picture and finds a way to meet goals in a better way. She also sees peoples’ strengths and draws those out so the whole process is inclusive and highly engaging. She keeps us on track and forward thinking!
