Strategic Planning & Visioning

Our philosophy encompasses three principles of planning – People, Process, and Progress. It fosters the inextricable link between people and project management; honoring the voices that serve as the heartbeat of your organization and cultivating processes to reach your goals.

In short, doing productivity…differently so small teams can
have extraordinary impacts.

We take pride in the inclusive nature of our methods, weaving together a broad range of perspectives, expertise, and human experience every step of the way.

This is how we deliver an honest and transparent process that keeps your mission at the center of everything.

Strategic Planning Model - Function & Flow

Strategic Planning | Phase One: Foundation

1 | Foundation

An intentional process of setting a tone that helps the team get centered, sorted, and started with everyone rowing in the same direction.

Analysis of data and key findings from interviews provide a snapshot of capacity, flow, intersectionality, and more.

Strategic Planning | Phase Three: Planning

Strategic Planning | Phase Four: Finalization

4 | Finalization

A final review that adds additional layers of inclusive engagement that result in a stronger plan and increased support for implementation.

Strategic Planning | Phase Five: Sustainability

5 | Sustainability

I manage the Kittatinny Ridge Conservation Landscape (KRCL) program, including all communications. Prior to this project, the enews, social media, and website posts were irregularly distributed and unconnected.

I am so excited and thankful for how Kelly turned this around in a short time and in a way that fits our needs. Positive feedback coming in is proof that Kelly’s approach and skills are making a huge difference!
