Terms of Service

1. On Opt-in, Function & Flow will send periodic SMS text messages related to your account with us. These messages will originate from our SMS phone number, 1-717-790-5720, and will be in the form of scheduled reminders and alerts that you request as part of the services we provide to you.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our SMS phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by visiting our contact page.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your information will remain confidential and will only be shared with trusted service providers that help us manage our SMS campaigns, and only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

5. Opting Out If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages. Once you opt-out, your information will no longer be used for future communications.

Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
